Eight years in various Petro-Chemical Carbon Black process plant experience. Experience as Shift In Charge in the Process Department of PCBL, India and Hitech Carbon, India. Experience includes total plant operation through DCS, operating different plant equipments like different types of pumps(single and multistage centrifugal pumps, Diaphragm pumps, gear pumps, screw pumps, reciprocating pumps), air blowers, air compressors, pulse jet as well as reverse air bag filters, rotary airlocks, pneumatic conveying system, beader machine, rotary dryer and different other equipments associated with Carbon Black Industries. Experience in erection and commissioning of bag filters, chimneys, storage silo, rotary dryer, and mixer, screw conveyors, rotary air locks and other mechanical systems associated with Carbon Black Industries. Have a fair knowledge in continuous process plant automation includes Distributed Control System.

- Successfully Commissioned the Capacity Expansion Project in PCBL Baroda Unit
- TQM member in “Vapor Bag Collector Bag Life Improvement” Project and is awarded as the best TQM Project in RPG Group of Companies
- Designed and implemented a Feed Forward Control System for controlling Carbon Black Product temperature.
- Designed and implemented a new Pulsing System for the effective cleaning of carbon black from the Bag Filter.
- Participated in Indian Environmental Congress and Presented a Paper on “Pollution Control and Energy Conservation measures taken by PCBL, Cochin, conducted by Environmental Council of India and Institution of Engineers (India) at Palakkad, Kerala on 5th and 6th June 2002.
